Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ:AMGN) hired Jonathan Graham as SVP and general counsel, effective July 13. He will succeed David Scott, who is retiring. Graham was SVP and general counsel at Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR).

Cannabinoid therapeutics company GW Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:GWPH) hired Julian Gangolli as president of North America. Gangolli was president of the North American pharmaceutical division of Allergan Inc., which Actavis plc (NYSE:ACT) acquired.
