Tony Rosenberg, head of M&A and licensing at the Novartis International AG unit of Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS; SIX:NOVN), will retire on Feb. 28. Rosenberg managed the pending asset swap between Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK;NYSE:GSK), which is on track to close this half. Marvelle Sullivan will succeed Rosenberg as Global Head, M&A.
