J&J, Merck, Lilly launch Investigator Databank

Janssen Research & Development LLC launched the Investigator Databank, which will aggregate administrative information about clinical trial sties and investigators, including good clinical practice training records, to reduce the time and administrative work involved in selecting trial investigators and sites. The databank, which will not include any patient data, is expected to be operational by year end. Janssen, a unit of Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ), co-created the databank with Eli Lilly and Co.
