How government, industry and non-profits are partnering for Alzheimer's VC fund

The U.K. government, a non-profit and industry players are joining to launch the Dementia Discovery Fund to fill a gap left by declining venture investments in companies developing early stage Alzheimer's disease therapies. The LPs, which include several large companies that have continued to invest heavily in their own AD pipelines, expect to contribute knowledge as well as money for fledgling AD companies.
