Diagnostics for infection can take days to weeks to produce results and often serve only to rule out a given pathogen, without providing a positive diagnosis. PathoQuest S.A.S. is developing a sequencing-based diagnostic designed to identify the specific viral, bacterial or fungal culprit within 24 hours.
