According to one of those unattributed reports that regularly emanate from Washington, Clinton health care mastermind Ira Magaziner earlier this month called the Biotechnology Industry Organization to task for the industry's relentless campaign against the price controls in the administration's plan.

Golly, we thought, the biotech broadsides must be really taking their toll if the administration feels compelled to single out the BIO for a tongue-lashing. Is this the mouse that roared, or what?...
