Why new LPs took interest in Ysios' second fund

Ysios Capital Partners kept the doors open for its second fund longer than expected to welcome a new crop of deep-pocketed LPs who took interest in the firm’s latest investments.

Ysios BioFund II Innvierte launched in March 2014 and closed on Oct. 18 with €126.4 million ($138.7 million), exceeding its €100 million ($109.8 million) target (see BioCentury, March 31, 2014).
