China's 3SBio plans 2nd IPO

China's 3SBio Inc. is taking itself public again, filing for an IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to fund both expansion on the mainland and to build on its beachhead in Europe.

While the company isn't talking, local media are speculating it could raise up to $500 million in the deal underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and CITIC Securities International...
