Vivo closes $635M life sciences fund

Vivo Capital said Sept. 11 it closed its oversubscribed Vivo Opportunity Fund with $635 million. The long-only public equity fund plans to invest in small to mid-cap companies through follow-ons, private placements, IPOs and block trades.
