BBI Diagnostics Group financial update

The BBI Diagnostics Group plc subsidiary of diagnostic company Alere Inc. (NYSE:ALR, Waltham, Mass.) plans to launch an IPO in June on the London Stock Exchange underwritten by Jefferies; Berenberg Bank; and Investec Bank.
