Arrowhead raises $60.4M follow-on

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ARWR) raised $60.4 million through the sale of 11.5 million shares at $5.25 in a follow-on, including a 1.5 million share overallotment, on Jan. 22. Jefferies, Barclays Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald, Chardan and B. Riley FBR were the underwriters.

The price is an 8% discount to Arrowhead's close of $5.72 on Jan. 17, when the company proposed the follow-on after trading hours...
