Aska Pharmaceutical, Sosei sales and marketing update

Sosei's Sosei Co. Ltd. subsidiary and its commercialization partner Aska Pharmaceutical launched NorLevo levonorgestrel in Japan as an emergency contraceptive. The wholesale acquisition price is not disclosed. Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) approved levonorgestrel for the indication in February (see BioCentury, Feb. 28). ...
