Folia Biotech, Medicago infectious, biomanufacturing news

Vaccines companies Medicago and Folia Biotech received a total of C$415,000 ($420,603) from the Quebec government and the municipality of Quebec City to assess the feasibility of developing BioProduction21, a biopharmaceutical production cluster of excellence in Quebec. The cluster will initially focus on vaccine development and bioproduction but could be applied to the production of other therapies that use recombinant proteins and peptides.
