Eli Lilly said it filed suit against Biogen Idec in a London court seeking to revoke a European patent covering the use of BLyS (BAFF) inhibitors to regulate the activity of a type of white blood cell. Biogen Idec said it cannot comment on ongoing litigation. Details were not disclosed. ...
