AXO filed suit in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta alleging that BIOM is breaching a 1995 license and asset purchase agreement covering rights to certain monoclonal antibodies (see BioCentury Dec. 4, 1995). AXO claims it is entitled to an assignment of all rights granted to it by BIOM, and that BIOM is not eligible for royalties.
