Millendo, OvaScience reverse merging

Fertility company OvaScience Inc. (NASDAQ:OVAS) will reverse-merge with endocrine play Millendo Therapeutics Inc. (Ann Arbor, Mich.) in an all-stock deal. The resulting company will focus on developing Millendo's pipeline for orphan indications.

New Enterprise Associates, Frazier Healthcare Partners, Roche Venture Fund, Innobio managed by Bpifrance, Osage University Partners, Altitude Life Science Ventures, Adams Street Partners and Longwood Fund committed $30 million total in the combined company. ...
