Millendo to acquire Alize, gains Prader-Willi candidate

Millendo Therapeutics Inc. (Ann Arbor, Mich.) acquired Alizé Pharma S.A.S. (Lyon, France), an Alizé Pharma (Lyon, France) company, in a stock deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
