Corticrine, Actinogen deal

Actinogen acquired Corticrine, a spinout of Edinburgh BioQuarter, the commercialization arm of the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine of the University of Edinburgh. Under the agreement, Actinogen issued 125 million shares and raised an additional A$2 million though the placement of another 100 million shares valued at A$0.02 per share. ...
