Cell Therapy, Zhongyuan Union Stem Cell Bioengineering Corp. deal

The partners formed a JV to develop stem cell therapies to treat heart failure patients in China. The deal will establish the JV in multiple Chinese cities with large operational hubs near Shanghai and Beijing. The partners will split revenues 50/50.
