AntriaBio will reverse-merge with public shell company Fits My Style Inc. (OTCQB:FMYYD, Menlo Park, Calif.) in a stock deal. AntriaBio shareholders exchanged all of their shares for an undisclosed number of outstanding shares of Fits My Style, representing an 88% stake. The surviving company will assume AntriaBio's name.
