Hutchison China, Nestle deal

Hutchison China and Nestle's Nestle Health Science S.A. subsidiary are forming a 50/50 JV, Nutrition Science Partners Ltd., to develop and commercialize worldwide plant-derived natural products for gastrointestinal indications.
