One Lambda, Thermo Fisher deal

Thermo Fisher will acquire transplant diagnostics company One Lambda for $925 million in cash. Thermo Fisher said One Lambda's portfolio of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing and antibody detection tests will complement its immunosuppressant monitoring assays. One Lambda had $182 million in 2011 revenue. Thermo Fisher had 2011 revenues of $11.7 billion. The deal is expected to close in 4Q12. ...
