Exact Sciences, Mayo Clinic deal

The partners expanded a 2009 deal to give Exact Sciences exclusive, worldwide rights to develop and commercialize IP covering sample processing, analytical testing and data analysis associated with screening for gastrointestinal cancers and diseases, as well as stool- and blood-based testing for other cancers.
