Warnex deal

In its 1Q12 earnings, Warnex said it sold its Analytical Services division to its NeoPharm Labs Inc. division for cash proceeds of C$300,000 ($299,100). The Analytical Services division provides quality control services, including chemistry, chromatography, microbiology, method development and validation, and stability studies.
