Labopharm, Nippon Shinyaku deal

Nippon Shinyaku received an exclusive license from Labopharm's Labopharm Europe Ltd. subsidiary for once-daily tramadol in Japan. Nippon Shinyaku will be responsible for all costs related to securing approval in Japan. Labopharm will receive an upfront payment and is eligible for milestones, plus royalties.
