BMG Pharma LLC, Sinclair deal

BMG received a license in North and South America to develop and distribute Sinclair's early stage gynecology technologies. Sinclair retains rights to the compounds elsewhere. Sinclair also received worldwide marketing rights excluding North and South America to undisclosed BMG genitourinary products for interstitial cystitis, genital warts and anal and nipple fissures.
