Biocircuits, Beckman Instruments Inc. deal

BIOC reacquired the rights to its lipid-polymer technology that Beckman licensed in August 1995 (see BioCentury Aug. 21, 1995). BIOC said it will begin an internal research effort to develop the technology and will seek licensing partners. BIOC does not use the technology in any of its marketed products. ...
