Merz said Health Canada approved Xeomin Cosmetic incobotulinumtoxinA as a temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines between the eyebrows) in adult patients. The company said the product will be available in the country by mid-2012. The botulinum neurotoxin type A is approved as Xeomin in Canada for symptomatic management of blepharospasm, cervical dystonia of a predominantly rotational form and post-stroke spasticity of the upper limb. ...
