Predicting Parkinson’s progression

A team from GNS Healthcare Inc. and the University of Rochester has demonstrated that two SNPs may be able to predict how quickly Parkinson’s disease patients will progress. The results could help personalize medical care and select more homogeneous patient populations for clinical trials.
