OncoMed raises $81.6M in IPO

OncoMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:OMED) raised $81.6 million on Wednesday through the sale of 4.8 million shares at $17, above its proposed $14-$16 range. The price values the company at $460.1 million. Earlier on Wednesday, OncoMed had increased the number of shares it planned to sell in the offering to 4.8 million from 4 million. Jefferies; Leerink; Piper Jaffray; and BMO Capital Markets are underwriters. OncoMed proposed to raise $115 million in the offering in May 2012. ...
