Sanders, Khanna propose compulsory licensing to reduce U.S. drug prices

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) announced Tuesday plans to introduce legislation that would impose compulsory licenses on drugs if their prices exceed a reference price derived from an international price index.
