Senators introduce PAHPA reauthorization bill

A bipartisan group of U.S. Senators introduced the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Reauthorization Act of 2013, which would reauthorize provisions of PAHPA and the act that created HHS's Project Bioshield for an additional five years.
