U.K. releases GM report

The U.K. government's GM Science Review Panel published its report on the potential use of genetically modified (GM) crops in the U.K. The panel concluded that risks to human health from GM crops on the market are low. Depending on the crops developed, GM organisms such as herbicide tolerant crops could present greater problems in risk management in the future, the report noted.
