ArcherDx completes $60M series B
New investor Perceptive Advisors led a $60 million series B round for ArcherDx Inc. (Boulder, Colo.) that the company plans to use to scale operations, advance its companion diagnostic program and expand its liquid biopsy-based minimal residual disease platform. Existing investors PBM Capital, Boulder Ventures, Longwood Fund and Peierls Foundation also participated.

Applied Therapeutics prices $40M IPO
Applied Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:APLT) regained some ground Wednesday after pricing its IPO below range and slipping in its first day of trading on Tuesday. Applied raised $40 million through the sale of 4 million shares at $10 in its IPO, which valued the diabetic cardiomyopathy and metabolic company at $170.5 million.
