Momenta, Global Blood price follow-ons

Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:MNTA) and Global Blood Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:GBT) have each priced follow-ons, raising a total of $350 million.

Momenta raised $200 million late Thursday through the sale of 17.4 million shares at $11.50. The price is a 3% premium to Momenta's close of $11.17 on Tuesday. Momenta proposed to raise $150 million on Wednesday when U.S. markets were closed. ...
