GW, Epizyme, Kala price follow-ons

GW Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:GWPH), Epizyme Inc. (NASDAQ:EPZM) and Kala Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:KALA) each priced follow-ons late Tuesday, raising a total of $437 million.

GW raised $300 million through the sale of 1.9 million ADSs at $158 in a follow-on underwritten by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan.
