CRISPR Therapeutics AG (NASDAQ:CRSP), Viking Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:VKTX), Fate Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:FATE) and Molecular Templates Inc. (NASDAQ:MTEM) each priced follow-ons late Thursday, raising a total of $545.9 million.

CRISPR raised $200 million through the sale of 4.2 million shares at $47.50 in a follow-on underwritten by Goldman Sachs, Piper Jaffray, Barclays, Wells Fargo, Guggenheim and Needham.
