New role at Arix for Anderson; Ovid's Werber joining Cowen

Arix Bioscience plc (LSE:ARIX) said Joe Anderson will step down as CEO and become chief investment officer to focus on new investments and work with existing group companies to build and create value. Anderson, who has been CEO since Arix's inception in 2016, said the firm has completed its build stage and is ready for its next stage of growth. He will step down from the board but continue to chair the investment committee. Executive Chairman Jon Peacock will serve as interim CEO while the firm searches for a successor. ...
