MorphoSys raises $208M in NASDAQ listing

MorphoSys AG (Xetra:MOR; Pink:MPSYY) raised $208 million Wednesday through the sale of 8.3 million ADSs at $25.04 in a follow-on on NASDAQ underwritten by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Leerink, Berenberg and JMP. MorphoSys expects the ADSs to begin trading on NASDAQ on Thursday under the ticker "MOR." Each ADS will represent one-fourth of an ordinary share.
