Ping An Healthcare files for Hong Kong IPO

Ping An Healthcare and Technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) proposed Monday to go public on the Hong Kong stock exchange. The filing did not disclose financial terms. Citigroup and J.P. Morgan are underwriters.
