Scholar Rock raises $47M series C

Scholar Rock LLC (Cambridge, Mass.) raised $47 million in an untranched series C round led by Invus. Fellow new investor Redmile Group and existing investors Polaris Partners, Timothy Springer, Arch Venture Partners, EcoR1 Capital, The Kraft Group, Fidelity and Cormorant Asset Management also participated.
