Lysogene raises EUR 22.6M in IPO

Lysogene S.A. (Euronext:LYS) raised EUR 22.6 million ($24.3 million) through the sale of 3.3 million shares at EUR 6.80 in an IPO underwritten by Societe General and Gilbert Dupont. The offering values the company at EUR 82.1 million ($88.3 million).
The company said last month that it hoped to sell up to 3.8 million shares at EUR 6.8-EUR 9.2. At the midpoint, it would have raised EUR 30 million ($32.3 million) and been valued at EUR 100 million ($107.5 million). Lysogene said existing investors Sofinnova Partners and Bpifrance invested EUR 15 million ($16.1 million) in Wednesday's offering, while new investor Financiere Arbevel invested EUR 2 million ($2.2 million)...
