Mustang raises $94.5M in private placement

Fortress Biotech Inc. (NASDAQ:FBIO) said its Mustang Bio Inc. (New York, N.Y.) subsidiary raised $94.5 million in a private placement. OPN Capital Markets was the sole placement agent.
