Biohaven raises $80M round

Neurology company Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Co. Ltd. (Tortola, Virgin Islands) raised $80 million in an oversubscribed private round led by Venrock. Other participants included RA Capital, Vivo Capital, Aisling Capital, Rock Springs Capital, John W. Childs, Knoll Capital Management, Osage University Partners, Aperture Venture Partners, Connecticut Innovations, Greg Bailey and Litmore Capital.
