Syntimmune raises second series A tranche

Syntimmune Inc. (New York, N.Y.) raised $10 million in the second tranche of a planned $26 million series A round co-led by Apple Tree Partners and the Baxalta Ventures arm of Baxalta Inc. (NYSE:BXLT). Partners Innovation Fund and undisclosed investors also invested.
