Exosome play Codiak closes $61M B round

Exosome-based diagnostics and therapeutics play Codiak BioSciences Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) said it closed a series B round with $61 million. Flagship Ventures and Arch Venture Partners co-led both the new round and Codiak's $31 million series A round.
