Radius sets IPO range

Radius Health Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) amended its IPO on NASDAQ and now plans to sell 5 million shares at $14-$16. At the $15 midpoint, the company would raise $75 million and be valued at $389.3 million. Radius Health filed to raise up to $86.3 million in the offering in February.
