Saniona raises $2.7 million in Swedish IPO

Saniona AB (AktieTorget:SANION) raised SEK17 million ($2.7 million) in an IPO in Sweden through the sale of 3.4 million shares at SEK5. The price values the company at SEK69.4 million ($10.8 million). Saniona (formerly Aniona ApS) is slated to start trading on April 22.
