Amarin planning follow-on

Amarin Corp. plc (NASDAQ:AMRN) proposed late Monday to sell 21.7 million ADSs in a follow-on underwritten by Citigroup and Jefferies. Each ADS represents a share. If sold at Amarin's close of $6.17 on Monday, the company would raise $133.9 million. Amarin was up $0.21 on the day. ...
