Galapagos planning offering

Galapagos N.V. (Euronext:GLPG; Pink:GLPYY) said late Thursday that it plans to sell up to 2.1 million shares in an offering. If sold in full at Galapagos' Thursday close of EUR 8.98, the company would raise EUR 19.1 million ($28 million). Fortis is sole global coordinator and bookrunner.
